Job Overview Join our team as a Lawn Care Worker and bring outdoor spaces to life! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful lawns, landscapes, and outdoor environments through skilled use of hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment. Your attention to detail will ensure that every property looks pristine and inviting. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work outdoors, increase your landscape maintenance skills, and contribute to creating stunning outdoor spaces for clients. Duties Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to maintain tidy and well-manicured lawns. Use hand tools and power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawn mowers efficiently and safely. Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, shrubbery care, and flower bed upkeep. Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and basic tree health assessments. Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscaped areas. Maintain the cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, leaves, and waste materials regularly. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various landscaping tools and equipment safely. Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or tree trimming is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting. Ability to handle hand tools and power tools effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth. Strong work ethic with physical stamina for outdoor labor in various weather conditions. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including bending, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting 50+ lbs.
