Overview We are seeking energetic and reliable Lawn Guys to join our dynamic landscaping team! In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces by performing a variety of lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create inviting, well-manicured environments that clients will love. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your skills in landscaping and horticulture, and contribute to transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes. Responsibilities Servicing lawns using various power tools and hand tools to achieve a clean, even cut that enhances the overall appearance of the landscape Mostly Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as edging, strimg trimming yardd, pruning trees, and shrubbery to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Operate equipment including stump grinder, bobco on rare occasion. Skills Mechanical knowledge and experience operating power tools, hand tools, excavators, and other landscaping equipment Strong understanding of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, gardening techniques, and horticulture principles Ability to perform tree trimming, tree care, and pruning safely and effectively. Familiarity with hardscape construction including stonework or paving projects Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor for extended periods Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to safety standards in construction and landscaping environments Join our team if you're passionate about outdoor work, eager to develop your skills in landscaping and lawn care, and ready to contribute to creating beautiful outdoor spaces!
