Job Overview Join our dynamic lawn care team as a Lawn Care Crew Member and be a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional landscapes! In this energetic role, you will actively participate in maintaining residential and commercial properties through mowing, landscaping, and landscape maintenance. Your hands-on work will help create inviting environments that clients love to enjoy. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in horticulture, equipment operation, and outdoor project execution while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Operate power tools such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to perform lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks efficiently and safely Mow lawns, edge borders, prune shrubs, and perform tree trimming to ensure pristine outdoor aesthetics Assist with landscape installation projects including hardscape features like patios or walkways Maintain irrigation systems and perform gardening duties to promote healthy plant growth Use excavators or other construction equipment for site preparation or landscape modifications when needed Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe Experience Prior experience with lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and hand tools is a plus Basic understanding of landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, pruning, and irrigation systems Experience with tree care or arboriculture practices is advantageous Ability to operate small construction or excavation equipment such as excavators is a bonus Strong work ethic with a focus on safety procedures and teamwork in outdoor environments Join us to cultivate your skills in lawn care and landscape maintenance while contributing to beautiful outdoor spaces!
