We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Landscape Crew Members to join our team. As a vital part of our landscaping services, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' lawns and gardens. This role requires a passion for outdoor work, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality lawn care services. Pay is based on experience. Overtime available. Duties Perform regular mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to ensure a well-manicured appearance. Assist in landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, and mulching. Hedge Trimming, weed eating, edging, weed spraying, leaf blowing. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various lawn care activities. Conduct groundskeeping duties such as leaf removal, debris cleanup, and seasonal preparations. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any mechanical issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is require. Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and techniques is advantageous. Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain power tools effectively. A strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape care and maintenance.
