Dirtwork and landscape laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including groundskeeping, tree care, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure that all landscaping projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. If you can run a machine, that's a plus. Duties Perform general landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly. Participate in snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely. Strong physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Knowledge of tree care practices is a plus. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping techniques and equipment operation. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
