Job Description

Groundskeeper
  • Broward and Palm Beach County Fort Lauderdale, FL From $16 an hour
  • Full-time, Contract From $16 an hour
  • Full-time, Contract The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the buildings/facilities.
Position Responsibilities:
Clears debris in the lawn and maintains drives and walkways in a safe condition. Clean Laundry Room, Dispose of garbage, etc. Clean up dumpster area. Training will be provided.
Special Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 lbs. following appropriate safety procedures Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (e.g. heat, cold, wind, rain) Walk and climb stairs Handle, finger, grasp, and feel objects and equipment Reach with hands and arms Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions Repeat various motions with the wrists, hands, and fingers Must have a car and Driver License Speak English or Spanish The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
