VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.

The Ground Crew Member supports tree service and landscaping operations by performing a variety of outdoor labor tasks. This position works alongside crew members to assist with tree removal, trimming, and landscaping. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and able to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Drag and remove tree limbs, brush, logs, and other debris from work areas. Rake leaves, branches, and landscape debris to maintain clean job sites. Operate leaf blowers and other basic landscaping equipment. Assist with planting/removing trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape materials. Load and unload trailers with equipment, tools, debris, and materials. Clean and organize job sites. Assist climbers, equipment operators, and crew leaders as directed. Complete other miscellaneous labor duties as assigned by the crew leader or supervisor. Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team. Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Previous landscaping, tree service, or general labor experience is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license is a plus.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
