  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn & Landscape Crew Leader to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance. This role involves various tasks related to lawn care, garden upkeep, and overall landscape management, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. Duties Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain healthy grass. Execute landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching to enhance garden aesthetics. Dig and prepare soil for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers. Conduct tree care including pruning and removal as necessary to promote healthy growth. Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and basic mechanical repairs as needed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred. Drivers License Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant species. Ability to dig, lift, and perform physical tasks associated with landscaping work. Familiarity with mowing equipment, hand tools, and other landscaping machinery. Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment maintenance is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Pay based on proven experience.
