This role involves collecting litter, debris, and other waste materials from designated areas to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for the community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to preserving the beauty of landscapes. This is a 1090-Independent Contractor position. Duties Conduct regular litter pickup in assigned areas, including parks, streets, and public spaces. Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to gather and dispose of litter. Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment used during litter pickup activities. Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards encountered during work. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks. Utilize phone app to track work progress and submit daily reports. Landscaping-If there is a desire for additional contracted work on the weekends we will be putting together an additional team to service in landscaping, litter removal, and painting. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools effectively for various outdoor tasks. Ability to dig and irrigate as part of landscape upkeep when required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean environments. Good physical stamina to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in contributing to the community's appearance. We are looking for Crew Members and a Manager- rate will depend on position. This position is Mon-Thur 10 hours a day. We all also looking for weekend landscaping and painting workers.
