RA GATOR Lawn Care Worker

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of residential and commercial landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform various lawn care tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Perform regular lawn care activities including mowing, fertilizing, and aerating lawns. Execute landscape maintenance tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to ensure healthy growth and appearance. Operate hand tools and machinery safely for effective groundskeeping. Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens. Assist in snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible. Monitor the health of plants and lawns, providing necessary treatments as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment. Skills Proficient in lawn care techniques including fertilization, mowing, and aeration. Experience with tree trimming and landscape maintenance is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge for operating various lawn care equipment. Ability to use hand tools effectively for gardening and maintenance tasks. Knowledge of irrigation systems and their maintenance is a plus. Familiarity with snow plowing techniques during winter months is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Strong physical stamina to handle outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
