We're seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain exterior cleanliness, safety, and common-area appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain exterior common areas: sidewalks, courtyards, parking lots, trash enclosures, and walkways Empty and clean trash/recycling areas; remove debris and litter from grounds Sweep and pressure-wash exterior surfaces and common areas as needed Perform basic exterior maintenance and repairs (fencing, signage, trash cans, lighting fixtures) Operate and maintain non-landscaping equipment (pavement sweepers, blowers, pressure washers) Monitor and report safety hazards, property damage, vandalism, and maintenance needs to management Assist with move-in/move-out clean-ups, event setups, and special projects Follow property safety, appearance, and sustainability standards

Qualifications:

1+ year groundskeeping, maintenance, custodial, or general labor experience preferred Ability to operate relevant equipment safely Basic handyman skills for light exterior repairs Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent preferred
