Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools and power tools safely for various landscaping projects including trimming, digging, and installing features Support the installation of hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Perform lawn care duties including aeration, fertilizing, and irrigation system installation or repair Use equipment such as excavators and snow plows to prepare sites and maintain properties during different seasons Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are properly stored after use Experience Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or construction is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with land management equipment such as excavators or snow plows is a plus Knowledge of horticulture practices including plant selection and landscape design enhances your effectiveness in this role Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently is essential Experience with irrigation systems, tree care techniques, or hardscape installation will support your success in this position Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are necessary for this energetic role Join us to grow your skills while helping craft beautiful outdoor environments!
