This is a hands-on outdoor position. You will work as part of a lawn maintenance crew servicing residential and commercial properties throughout the Jacksonville area. We are looking for dependable people who take pride in their work and can work efficiently as part of a team.

DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED

Applicants for this position must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving a company work truck between job sites. An acceptable driving record is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive a company work truck safely between properties as needed Perform routine lawn maintenance at residential and commercial properties Mow lawns and properly edge sidewalks, driveways and other hard surfaces Operate string trimmers and blowers Trim and shape shrubs and hedges Remove weeds, leaves and landscape debris Keep properties clean and professionally maintained Properly handle and care for company equipment Work efficiently with the crew to complete the daily route

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license•

REQUIRED

Reliable and punctual Able to perform physical outdoor work in Florida weather Able to safely operate lawn maintenance equipment Able to follow instructions and pay attention to property-specific details Lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred Experience driving a work truck is preferred Must be able to reliably report to our Jacksonville location for the start of the workday

PAY & SCHEDULE

Full-time position Starting pay: $16•20 per hour Starting rate is based on experience, driving ability and lawn maintenance skills Regular daytime lawn maintenance work
