Role Description Mulhern Landscape is hiring a Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. This is a full time outdoor position working with a crew completing both lawn maintenance and landscaping work. This role is hands-on and includes a variety of tasks throughout the day. Team members are expected to help with mowing, trimming, and landscaping projects such as planting and property improvements. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, have a positive attitude, and are ready to be part of a strong team environment. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing edging and trimming Assist with landscaping work including digging planting and clean up Operate equipment such as mowers weed eaters and blowers Maintain clean safe and professional job sites Work as part of a team to complete daily work Follow company standards and safety expectations Required Qualifications Valid driver license required Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to perform the physical duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to work outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions Dependable and consistent attendance Preferred Qualifications Previous lawn care or landscaping experience Experience using lawn equipment Strong work ethic and team oriented mindset Compensation and Schedule Starting pay around $17 per hour based on experience Full time work Consistent hours What We Are Looking For Shows up on time and ready to work Works well as part of a team Willing to perform both lawn care and landscaping work Maintains a positive attitude throughout the workday Takes pride in quality and attention to detail Work Environment and Expectations This is a physically active outdoor position in Florida weather conditions.
