Cove Property Management, LP - 3.2 Lakeland, FL Job Details 2 days ago Qualifications Customer communication Customer relationship building Client rapport building Employee relationship building Driver's License Guest rapport building Full Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities Be the face of the resort and always offer courteous and professional service for all internal and external guests Maintain a steady work pace with fellow team members Perform routine maintenance of buildings such as fixing structural damage like window, door, wall repair, painting Repair leaks, minor plumbing issues, change water fixtures Grounds keeping and landscaping Operate landscaping equipment such as mower, weed-whacker/edger, chainsaw, blower Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment Handle basic minor repairs and maintenance Operate power equipment such as saws, sanders, drills Always follows all operational and safety procedures Assist in special projects as and when required Required Skills & Abilities Skilled in the use of hand and power tools Ability to maintain focus while working individually Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective long-term relationships with both guests and employees Professional presentation and attitude Strong time management skills A passion for teamwork and 'can-do' attitude Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and complete a background check prior to beginning employment Education & Experience Experience performing routine maintenance and landscaping Experience in facilities maintenance experience preferred but not required Physical Requirements Must be able to work hands on with long periods walking and/or standing Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
