Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including gardening, hardscaping, and lawn care. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform general landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Irrigate plants and lawns as needed to ensure healthy growth. Maintain equipment by keeping it clean and performing basic mechanical checks. Participate in snow plowing activities during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Collaborate with team members on various landscaping projects while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required. Familiarity with garden maintenance practices and techniques is a plus. Basic mechanical knowledge to operate landscaping equipment effectively. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor as required. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions are essential for success in this role.
