Job Description
We are seeking 3 skilled Landscapers to join our team. We have 3 openings available for Landscaper positions in Aventura, FL. The position reports directly to the property 6:30am, and ends around 3:30pm. It is Monday to Friday, and pay is weekly. Must have reliable transportation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance. This role involves various tasks related to the upkeep and enhancement of commercial properties, ensuring they remain beautiful and well-maintained throughout the year. Responsibilities Perform regular mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to maintain a neat appearance. Execute landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, mulching, and fertilizing. Provide tree care services such as pruning, trimming, and health assessments. Assist in hardscape installations including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Conduct groundskeeping duties to ensure all areas are clean and free of debris. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge for operating various landscaping tools and equipment. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with lawn care techniques and best practices for plant health. Knowledge of hardscape installation methods is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. A valid driver's license may be required depending on job responsibilities. Please submit a resume for consideration.
