Job Description

Within the spirit of "Making People's Dreams Come True", this position is responsible for the daily golf course appearance and maintaining grounds and buildings at an assigned location. Works in a small group or independently as assigned. Ability to deal with the public and formulate solutions to Golf Course problems. In addition, this position places safety as a value and is responsible for maintaining a strong safety culture in the company. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities:
Golf Course set up - tee marker and pin placement. Fill water and ice coolers. Cut grass and trim weeds using a hand mower or power driver lawn mower, weed trimmer and brush cutter. Edge carts paths and bunkers Rake bunkers. Clean up debris. Apply mulch to designated areas. Pull weeds around bushes, trees, and flower beds. Clean buildings and grounds, wash windows and empty trash cans using brooms and cleaning supplies. Fill gas tanks, wash, wipe down Golf Course equipment. Trim hedges and prune trees using hand and power tools. Perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks. Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays and keep clean. Transport trash and waste to disposal area. Replenish bathroom supplies.
Clean the following applicable items/areas:
kitchen, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, showers, corridors, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas. Sweep and mop floors. Demonstrate the proper usage of equipment. Check signage. Report any issues directly to supervisor. All other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements:
High School diploma or comparable experience. Must be eighteen (18) years of age to operate machinery. Required to work variable hours. Required to work outside for long periods of time and in all kinds of weather, performing tasks that require physical strength and endurance.
