This role is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the property's exterior and common areas, ensuring residents are welcomed by clean, safe, and visually appealing surroundings.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining curb appeal through regular landscaping tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Removing trash, debris, and bulk items from common areas, parking lots, and grounds Cleaning and maintaining breezeways, stairwells, laundry facilities, and amenity areas Performing unit turns support including trash-outs, light cleaning, and exterior prep Reporting maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or property damage to the maintenance team Assisting with move-in/move-out readiness and resident event setup as needed Operating groundskeeping equipment safely and in accordance with property standards Ideal candidates are: Dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in their work. Prior experience in property maintenance, landscaping, or janitorial services is a plus, but a strong work ethic and positive attitude are what matter most.

Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
