Facility Cleaner/Groundskeeper

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facility Cleaner/groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our community clubhouse/property. This role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining both the interior spaces and the exterior areas and amenities to ensure a safe, welcoming, and pleasant environment for all members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Interior Cleaning & Maintenance:

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all clubhouse areas including lobby, lounge room, fitness center, restrooms, and common areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and restocking supplies. Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the facility. Clean windows, glass doors, and interior surfaces as needed. Report any maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures) to the appropriate personnel.

Exterior Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance:

Pick up litter and debris around the clubhouse building, parking areas, and surrounding amenities. Light pressure washing of sidewalks, patios, and exterior surfaces as required. Use a blower to clear leaves and debris from walkways, entrances, and outdoor seating areas.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or facility cleaning required. Light maintenance knowledge required : able to handle simple repairs such as replacing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, or other minor clubhouse maintenance tasks. Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment (vacuums, pressure washer, blower). Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.

Work Environment:

Community clubhouse and amenity areas including indoor and outdoor facilities

Schedule:

Part Time - (24-31 hours) ,Days are Flexible Holidays are required if it falls on your regularly scheduled work day.
