Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the importance of maintaining a clean and safe environment.Duties:
Sweeping parking lots, walkways, and courtyards; emptying exterior trash receptacles; clearing debris, leaves, and litter. Emptying outdoor cigarette urns. Maintaining cleanliness of trash cans around property and ensure the ice machines are kept cleaned. identifying and reporting hazards, ensuring outdoor lighting works, and keeping paths safe for guests. Sweeping or blowing walkways and using pressure washers on driveways keeps entrance paths clean for arriving guests. Deep cleaning walkways, entry stairs, and pool decks to remove stains, moss, or gum. Organizing pool furniture and ensuring the surrounding deck is free of debris. Safely applying herbicides or pesticides to control weeds and plant diseases. Being able to work outdoors for full shifts (often 8 hours) in varying weather conditions. Painting rooms as needed. Light drywall patch or repair as needed. - Basic Electrical and Plumbing experience preferred. -Basic Painting and Drywall experience preferred.Skills:
- Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions for 8+ hours.
