Responsibilities:

Effectively operates all two-cycle equipment pertaining to the mow crew without damage to resident property and following all procedures Effectively operates mid-mount and front-mount mowers without damage to resident property while following proper turning change patterns without spinning wheels and at proper speed, leaving no ruts, and maintaining proper mowing height with a good result Maintains all equipment in proper working order, including daily preventative maintenance checks, cleaning and refueling Mows lawns and common areas Trims shrubs, trees, and bushes according to instructions Edges walks, paths, and driveways Identifies plant disease indicators Removes trash and debris May be required to drive dump trucks or other heavy equipment as needed

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Previous grounds and equipment experience preferred Employer will conduct background check and MVR check Must have a valid Florida Driver's License for required travel

Skills and Knowledge:

Must be able to follow written and oral instructions Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Ability to read, understand and apply chemical label and restrictions

Schedule :

Monday thru Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Occasional Saturdays required. Schedule subject to change.)
