TITLE Director of Facility Operations
DESCRIPTION
The Director of Facility Operations is the operational steward of all campus buildings, infrastructure, grounds, utilities, fleet, and physical assets and is responsible for maintaining their functionality, appearance, reliability, and regulatorypliance throughout the John Knox Village of Central Florida campus. This exempt position reports directly to the Vice President of Facility Operations. This position serves as a senior leader within the Facilities Department. It is responsible for ensuring that the campus remains safe, reliable, attractive,pliant, and operationally efficient while supporting theanization's mission to provide an unparalleled experience for residents, patients, employees, and guests. The Director is responsible for preserving and enhancing theanization's physical assets, including residential buildings, healthcare facilities,mon areas, roads, utilities, grounds, and support infrastructure. The position provides leadership to maintenance, grounds, fleet, and support personnel while ensuring operational excellence, regulatorypliance, customer satisfaction, and effective stewardship ofanizational resources. This position serves as a key member of the Emergency Preparedness Team and participates in long-range facility planning, capital replacement planning, and campus infrastructure initiatives.
