Job Description
Gro Pro is now hiring an experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to lead daily maintenance crews on residential, commercial, HOA, and property management accounts. We are looking for a dependable leader who takes pride in quality work, can manage crew members in the field, and understands the importance of professionalism, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and supervise lawn maintenance crew members on daily routes Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, shrub trimming, bed cleanups, and detail work Ensure each property is completed to Gro Pro quality standards Keep crews organized, productive, and working safely Operate and maintain lawn maintenance equipment properly Load, unload, and secure equipment, tools, and materials Communicate daily progress, issues, and property needs to management Train and guide crew members on proper maintenance procedures Maintain clean trucks, trailers, equipment, and jobsites Provide professional service while working on customer properties Requirements Previous lawn maintenance or landscaping experience required Previous crew leader or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage daily routes and keep crews on schedule Experience operating mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and basic landscape equipment Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift, bend, walk, and perform physical labor as needed What We Offer Full-time position Competitive pay based on experience Paid holidays Bonus program Leadership opportunity with a growing company Steady local work in the Panama City area Professional team environment Opportunity for advancement within
