Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a pivotal figure, you will oversee a team of 3-5 crew members, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution of landscaping tasks. You will utilize a variety of tools, such as mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools, to expertly trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain plants and foliage.

Requirements:
Crew Leader Experience:
Must possess 1-2 years of experience in a Crew Leader role.
Experience:
Lawn maintenance and/or landscape installation experience is essential.
Availability:
Must be available to work extended hours from Monday to Friday.
