ProGreen is seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscaper to join our growing This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable driving company trucks, hauling trailers, and supporting a commercial landscape crew. Position Summary The Landscaper assists with the installation of commercial landscape and enhancement projects while safely operating company vehicles, trucks, and trailers. This role performs physical labor, transports equipment and materials, and supports the crew in completing projects safely, efficiently, and to ProGreen's quality standards. Essential Responsibilities Assist with commercial landscape enhancements. Load, unload, transport, and organize materials, equipment, and tools. Safely drive company trucks to and from job sites. Operate and back utility, equipment, and dump trailers safely. Perform daily vehicle and trailer inspections. Assist with grading, sod installation, planting, mulching, trimming, mowing, and general site preparation. Operate hand tools and small power equipment safely. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders. Assist with equipment maintenance and cleaning. Ensure all work is completed according to company safety standards. Wear required PPE at all times. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid Florida Driver License (Required) . Clean driving record preferred. Experience driving trucks with trailers preferred. Ability to safely back, maneuver, and secure trailers. Commercial landscaping or construction experience preferred. Experience operating landscape equipment is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation to work. Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
