We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Landscape Crew Member to join our growing team. Applicants must have previous experience performing routine landscape maintenance and be able to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities:

Mow residential and commercial properties using professional equipment. Edge sidewalks, driveways, and landscape beds for a clean, finished appearance. Weed whack around obstacles, fences, trees, and hard-to-reach areas. Blow off sidewalks, driveways, patios, and other surfaces, leaving every property clean. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards. Operate equipment safely and perform basic daily equipment checks. Work as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Requirements:

Previous professional landscape maintenance experience is required. Experience with commercial zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers. Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day. Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Valid driver's license is a plus.
