This is not an entry-level position — we're looking for individuals with proven experience who take pride in their work, stay motivated, and bring a professional attitude every day.

Responsibilities:

Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance with precision and efficiency Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment Work independently and with team members to complete projects on time Deliver high-quality results while maintaining a professional work ethic

Professional Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of professional lawn/landscape experience Strong knowledge of industry practices and equipment Reliable, punctual and consistent work ethic Ability to work independently without constant supervision Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Positive attitude, adaptable, drama-free attitude with a focus on teamwork and productivity Valid driver's license with clean driving record Experience leading or training crew members Knowledge of landscape design, hardscaping, or irrigation systems Safety training or certifications (OSHA, pesticide applicator license, etc.) Technical & Physical Skills Hands-on experience with lawn care, landscaping, and horticulture practices Proficiency in operating and maintaining landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Knowledge of planting, pruning, mulching, sod installation, tree trimming and irrigation basics Ability to read and follow project plans, work orders or instructions Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift/move heavy materials for prolonged periods of time
