Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Care Worker and bring outdoor spaces to life with your expertise! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for maintaining beautiful lawns, landscapes, and hardscape features, ensuring each property looks its best. Your hands-on skills and passion for outdoor work will help create inviting, well-manicured environments that clients can enjoy year-round. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance and horticulture while working outdoors in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. Duties Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers to maintain lawns and gardens Perform landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, edging, and fertilizing to enhance curb appeal Use hand tools and power tools safely to install or repair hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal with appropriate tools and techniques Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure healthy plant growth Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe Maintain equipment through regular cleaning, inspection, and basic mechanical repairs as needed Skills Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot lawn care machinery and hand tools Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices Familiarity with landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and tree trimming Ability to use power tools safely and effectively for various outdoor projects Knowledge of irrigation systems and snow plowing procedures is a plus Good physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather conditions Excellent attention to detail for quality landscape upkeep and safety compliance This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in landscaping, construction, and outdoor maintenance.
