JOB ORDER POSTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE FILING OF A CONCURRENT APPLICATION FOR H2B WORKERS.
The worker will be provided with or reimbursed for transportation and subsistence (including reasonable cost of overnight lodging where necessary) at a rate of $16.96 per day during travel to a maximum of $71.00 per day with receipts from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment. Employer will provide or pay for the worker's cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visas, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Work is temporary full time employment. A single workweek will be used to compute wages. The work week is considered Monday - Sunday. All Workers will be paid via business check on the Monday following the Sunday of the work week. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Employer will not provide transportation on a daily basis to and from the workers' home and worksite. Overtime is not required, but if offered will be paid at time and a half per law for work over 40 hours. Employer will assist with finding local lodging however will not pay for local lodging.
