Job Description:

Your main responsibilities will be leading a crew of two to three for top quality lawn maintenance which meets our company standards for every job. Some days could also involve solo work. Quality and reliability are a must for our company! On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to master high quality work for mowing, trimming, edging, hedge trimming, and leading crew members to complete daily routes. As a crew leader, you will assure jobs are completed to our high standards as well as daily maintenance of equipment. A drivers license and clean driving record is required to operate company vehicles. We offer a professional environment and a favorable work schedule. Overtime opportunities are available most weeks but not required. Paid time off is accumulated per hours worked.

Requirements and Qualifications:
