Job Description
•Please Review Attached Job Description•SUMMARY The Landscape Operator at Marshall Creek Community Development District is responsible for performing landscape and grounds maintenance throughout District-owned properties and common areas. The position operates landscape equipment and vehicles and performs mowing, trimming, pruning, cleanup, and general maintenance to keep District property safe, clean, professional, and attractive. Assignments may vary based on training, experience, operational needs, and authorization to operate equipment. Typical shift hours are Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm
