Key Responsibilities:

Mow, edge, and trim lawns to the highest standards. Operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Perform shrub and tree pruning. Weed flower beds and maintain a clean, debris-free environment. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members. Ensure all work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and meets Tradition Lawns' quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable transportation to our office on Pacetti Rd in St. Augustine. Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively. A strong commitment to safety and the well-being of your team.

Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $15 to $18, with opportunities for pay increases based on experience.
