Job Overview Join our dynamic landscaping maintenance team as a Landscaping Maintenance Crew Member! In this energetic role, you will be the driving force behind creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Whether you're trimming trees, mowing lawns, or operating power tools, your work will directly contribute to transforming outdoor environments into stunning, functional areas that clients can enjoy year-round. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to keep turf healthy and attractive Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, planting flowers, and mulching beds Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects Maintain hardscape features like walkways, patios, and retaining walls through cleaning and minor repairs Assist with irrigation system installation, repairs, and seasonal adjustments to ensure proper watering of landscapes Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe Conduct routine inspections of landscape features and equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Skills Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining landscaping machinery and hand tools Strong lawn care expertise including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration techniques Experience with landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, planting, mulching, and hardscape upkeep Familiarity with landscaping equipment like excavators, trimmers, blowers, and snow plows Knowledge of horticulture principles to promote healthy plant growth and tree care practices Ability to perform gardening tasks with precision using hand tools and power tools safely Understanding of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting for efficient water management Basic construction skills for minor repairs or modifications to landscape features Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in landscaping while contributing to beautiful outdoor spaces.
