Job Description
We are looking for a Landscape Crew Member to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on building outdoor spaces from the ground up. If you've worked in landscaping installs before and know how to move efficiently on a job site, this is for you. We are not looking for maintenance-only experience. This role is for installation work including grading, sod, plant installation, mulch, drainage, and hardscape prep support. What you'll do Assist in full landscape installation projects from start to finish Perform grading, leveling, and site prep work Install sod, soil, plants, trees, and mulch Support hardscape prep work (base prep, layout assistance, cleanup) Work with drainage systems, edging, and basic irrigation components Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely (skid steer experience is a plus) Follow crew leader direction to complete installs efficiently and correctly Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe during all phases of construction What we're looking for Prior experience in landscape installation (required) Comfortable with physical, construction-style outdoor work Ability to read a job site and follow installation plans or direction Experience with grading, sod installation, or plant installs strongly preferred Reliable, consistent, and able to work as part of a fast-paced crew Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work full days outdoors in all conditions Driver's license is a plus but not required What we offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Consistent full-time work Overtime opportunities Growth potential into lead installer or crew foreman roles Work on a variety of commercial installation projects
