Landscape Crew Member Growth Opportunity (Part-Time)

Part-Time Lawn Care Crew Member (Lead Support) Ceballos Edge Landscaping is hiring a part-time Lawn Care Crew Member to support daily landscaping operations. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to step in and assist with crew leadership when needed.

Responsibilities:

Mowing, edging, trimming, and general lawn maintenance Assist Crew Leader with daily operations and job site organization Help maintain workflow and support the team when leadership is unavailable Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely Provide quality service and maintain professional communication

Requirements:

Experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance (very important) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Ability to work outdoors in Florida conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Schedule:

Part-time (hours vary based on workload and weather)
