Sharp Lawn Maintenance Company Are you an experienced lawn maintenance professional looking to lead a team and grow with a company that values hard work and reliability? Sharp Lawn Maintenance Company is seeking a motivated and dependable Crew Leader to join our team.
Requirements:
✅ Lawn maintenance experience required ✅ Valid driver's license required ✅ Must be able to safely drive a truck and trailer ✅ Ability to lead and manage a crew efficiently ✅ Complete assigned tasks to company standards ✅ Reliable and punctual every day ✅ Strong work ethic and positive attitude ✅ Must be willing to work weekends when necessary
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a lawn maintenance crew Ensure properties are maintained to company standards Operate equipment safely and efficiently Train and motivate team members Communicate effectively with management Maintain productivity and quality on all job sites

Experience Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of commercial lawn maintenance or landscaping experience Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in the field Knowledge of turf care, plant identification, and horticultural practices Ability to maintain quality standards while meeting production goals
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and commercial landscaping equipment Must be able to pass a background check Ability to lift 50-75 pounds regularly Capable of working outdoors in Florida's heat and varying weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from work Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Willingness to work overtime and weekends when necessary Apply Today!
