Job Description
Overview Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and curb appeal of an apartment complex. This position is responsible for general grounds upkeep, landscaping support, debris removal, and maintaining outdoor common areas for residents, guests, and staff. Key Responsibilities Maintain apartment community grounds, landscaping, and exterior common areas. Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, weeding, and general cleanup. Remove trash, debris, leaves, branches, and other items from walkways, parking lots, breezeways, and common areas. Assist with planting, mulching, and basic plant bed maintenance. Help keep sidewalks, entryways, pool areas, leasing office exterior, and parking areas clean and presentable. Report maintenance concerns, safety issues, property damage, or needed repairs to management. Support overall curb appeal and property appearance. Perform other groundskeeping and property upkeep duties as assigned. Light maintenance tasks as needed Requirements Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, apartment maintenance, or property upkeep experience preferred. Must be comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather conditions. Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work independently. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift. Reliable transportation required. Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate $18.00 per hour
