Job Description
Nelkin Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper for our apartment properties. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to handle general grounds maintenance and property upkeep. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Perform a variety of landscape maintenance duties to include watering, mowing, weeding, trimming, renovating and fertilizing lawns. Calibrate and apply various fertilizers and pesticides related to plant and grass maintenance Operate a variety of heavy equipment including hand tools, mowers, edgers, and blowers Assist with the installation of new irrigations systems Perform minor repairs as needed Conduct daily inspections and remove all debris, including pine cones, litter, and other natural waste, from grounds, walkways, and common areas. Reliable transportation required Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
