Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments! Whether you're trimming trees, mowing lawns, or installing hardscape features, your efforts will directly contribute to the aesthetic appeal and health of our clients' properties. This paid role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in landscape maintenance, gardening, and construction while enjoying a rewarding outdoor work environment and grow with the business. Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks including trimming, digging, planting, and installing landscape features Support the installation of hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Operate equipment such as excavators and other machinery through routine inspections and basic repairs Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure efficient watering of landscapes Experience Prior experience or familiarity with landscaping or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners Mechanical knowledge or experience operating construction equipment like excavators is a plus Ability to use hand tools (e.g., shovels, pruners) and power tools safely and efficiently Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while standing, bending, or lifting for extended periods Strong work ethic with attention to detail in maintaining high standards of landscape appearance and safety Willingness to learn about lawn care practices, hardscape installation, irrigation systems Requirements

Pay:
$12.50- $20.
