Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-kept. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and possess the necessary skills to contribute to various landscaping projects. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming. Engage in tree care activities such as tree trimming and pruning. Assist in the installation of new landscapes, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers. Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. Conduct groundskeeping duties to keep outdoor areas clean and free of debris. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to the highest standards. Experience Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required. Familiarity with tree care techniques and groundskeeping practices is a plus. Basic mechanical knowledge for operating landscaping equipment is beneficial. Ability to use hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential qualities for success in this role.
