Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mower/Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy landscapes through precise lawn care, landscaping, and horticultural practices. Your expertise will help create inviting outdoor spaces by utilizing a variety of tools and techniques, ensuring high-quality results that exceed client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your skills in landscape maintenance, and contribute to the aesthetic appeal of residential or commercial properties. Duties Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, hand tools, power tools, and other landscaping equipment to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning tasks efficiently and safely Maintain and repair landscaping equipment such as dingo and other machinery to ensure optimal performance Perform landscape maintenance including planting, mulching, fertilizing, watering, and weed control to promote healthy growth Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and removal using appropriate techniques and safety procedures Install hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with precision and attention to detail assist with sod installation Experience Prior experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance or gardening is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools is essential for safe operation and troubleshooting Familiarity with horticulture principles and plant care practices will enhance your effectiveness in this role Experience working with earth moving equipment a plus Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and pruning is desirable Ability to perform construction-related tasks related to hardscape installation or landscape improvements is beneficial Strong understanding of safety procedures when handling hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery Join us if you're passionate about outdoor work, eager to develop your landscaping skills, and ready to contribute to creating stunning outdoor environments!
