In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' lawns and landscapes. You will work as part of a crew to perform various tasks that contribute to the overall appearance and functionality of outdoor spaces, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service. Responsibilities Must have experience of running a crew in a previous lawn maintenance position. Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain a neat appearance. Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Skills Team leadership. Some mechanical knowledge related to lawn care equipment and machinery. Experience in lawn care and landscape maintenance Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Mini Skidsteer experience, an advantage. Familiarity with plant identification, an advantage. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
