RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain cleanliness of docks, walkways, and marina grounds Assist with towing boats from docks to the forklift for removal from the water Support guests as they arrive at the docks by helping guide and secure boats Assist the dry stack team with routine maintenance and construction of dock boxes Remove trash and debris from docks, slips, and common areas Keep the parking lot clean, organized, and free of litter Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed Help ensure docks and surrounding areas remain safe and orderly Support marina staff with general tasks and daily operations Follow safety guidelines and marina procedures at all times

REQUIREMENTS

Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Working inside as well as outdoors in all weather conditions. Aspects of position may require working in extreme temperatures. Must be available to work Monday to Friday . Must be able to swim .
