[Insert Location] Job Description Sporting Grounds Development LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Grounds Maintenance Laborer to assist with the upkeep and improvement of our outdoor sporting facility. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-kept grounds. Responsibilities Perform general landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and weed control Assist with maintenance of shooting ranges Maintain walking paths, shooting stations, and surrounding grounds Help with equipment setup, repairs, and basic upkeep Remove debris, manage trash, and ensure overall cleanliness of the facility Support seasonal projects. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment Qualifications Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable using basic hand tools and outdoor equipment Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Schedule & Pay Part-time, as-needed basis (flexible scheduling depending on workload and season) Hourly pay: 18/hr Additional Information This role is perfect for someone looking for flexible, hands-on work in an outdoor environment.
