Job Description We are hiring Landscape Maintenance Crew Members who take pride in outdoor work and have a strong work ethic. In this role, you will work as part of a crew performing routine lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Mow, edge, trim, and blow lawns using commercial-grade equipment Perform basic landscape maintenance (weeding, mulching, pruning, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and job sites Follow safety procedures and company guidelines Assist with seasonal tasks as needed Requirements Must be reliable, punctual, and hard-working Must have experience Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical labor Experience with commercial lawn equipment is a must Valid driver's license is a plus Schedule Monday through Friday Start time: 7:00 AM Overtime available and paid after 40 hours Benefits Competitive hourly pay Paid overtime Opportunities for advancement Positive team environment How to Apply If you're dependable, motivated, and enjoy working outdoors, we want to hear from you!
