Responsible for mowing, cutting, trimming, and edging lawns with powered equipment. Trim and/or prune trees, hedges and bushes. Remove grass or tree trimmings from flower beds or sidewalks. Maintain sidewalks by sweeping or blowing exterior areas. Clean and maintain storm drains of debris. Mulch and maintain shrubs, hedges, and flower beds. Comply with all safety policies and procedures. Maintain a safe work environment for customers and employees. Notify supervisor of supplies needing to be replenished and or of equipment needing repair. Follow all company procedures and standards according to the quality and environmental management system (QMS/EMS). Police all areas to ensure cleanliness.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED required. Experience in grounds maintenance and/or related field preferred. Ability to maintain a positive demeanor while engaged in repetitive work tasks. Maintain positive working relationships with supervisor, leads, and other employees. Must have experience with weed eating, trimming and edging
