Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscaper/Groundskeeper and play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. This energetic position involves performing a variety of landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance tasks to ensure beautiful, safe, and well-kept environments. You will work with a range of tools and equipment to deliver high-quality landscape services that meet the needs of our clients and uphold our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and watering to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools, power tools and mowers Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote safety and aesthetics Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and prevent system failures Assist with gardening activities including soil preparation, planting new greenery, mulching, and fertilizing Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during outdoor work Experience Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is highly desirable Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care techniques Mechanical knowledge related to operating lawn mowers and other landscaping machinery Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, tree trimming, hardscape installation, and irrigation systems Ability to use hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, as well as power tools like trimmers and blowers Experience working in construction or outdoor maintenance environments preferred Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions Join us in creating stunning outdoor spaces that inspire pride!
