What You'll Do Work on landscape maintenance in a large 40-acre association We operate riding mowers, weed whackers, edgers, hedge trimmers, and also have to take care of weeding Maintain the large irrigation system Follow the lead of the crew leader Ensure that the community is free of debris and green waste What You Bring Hands-on experience in landscape maintenance Ability to work in a crew, accomplish assigned tasks, and keep the job moving efficiently Comfort operating power tools Ability to read basic text and verbal instructions Physical stamina to perform demanding outdoor work in Hawaii's conditions Valid driver's license preferred, reliable way of getting to jobsites is a must A strong work ethic and genuine pride in the quality of your finished work Why Join Us We're not just filling a position — we're building a team of skilled maintenance technicians who want to grow with us.
