This position will run until September and pays up to $18.00/hrs. Monarch Investment & Management Group has been actively involved in commercial real estate investment since 1992. We currently manage over 79,000 apartment units in 25 states, making us the 10th largest multifamily owner in the country per NMHC (2025). In addition, Monarch's ownership also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO.
